Meet the Tutor

Alice Panascia
Alice, originally from Italy, discovered her passion for yoga as a teenager. After moving to London, she delved into various styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Scaravelli. She completed her 500-hour teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga, eventually developing her own fluid and creative approach rooted in classical Hatha. Since 2015, she has balanced motherhood with teaching a diverse range of classes and courses, including prenatal, postnatal, children, teens and yoga for seniors. Alice has spent the past few years expanding yoga's reach into colleges, schools, and community centers and she is driven to make yoga empowering and accessible to everyone, at every age.
