Yoga Vinyasa Krama
The student will learn a core vinyasa Krama sequence and add asanas that take them deeper into the practice over the course. The course will include elements of pranayama (breathing techniques) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Yoga is done with the body, but is primarily done for the mind. As well as building strength and physical flexibility, the student will learn approaches to moving their body and linking it with breath and the mind. The main benefits will be using these techniques for mental calmness and focus, manage stress, as well creating space in the body through greater flexibility.
