Meet the tutor

Anjali Prashar-Savoie
Anjali is a vinyasa yoga teacher. Introduced to yoga through her family, she began developing a self-practice as an adult. For Anjali, yoga is a way to reconnect with the body and, through that, connect more with the world around you.
Her teaching focuses on creating a warm and welcoming space where students can move mindfully, build confidence, and cultivate a sense of inner calm that extends beyond the mat. She believes in the power of yoga to support presence and consistency in everyday life.
Anjali completed her 200-hour teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Goa, India. Beyond yoga, she is a cultural worker seven years of experience in fostering inclusive spaces, experiences she brings into her yoga classes.
