Who is this course for?
This course is open to all abilities, including complete beginners. Alternatives and adaptations will be provided for most conditions and injuries, so you can work at your own pace. If you have recently had surgery or have a medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise, please check with your GP before joining. Any questions, feel free to get in touch.
Will I need any equipment or materials?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Classes can be practised barefoot or in socks, depending on your comfort. We will use some small equipment such as over balls and bands to enhance some exercises and provide accessibility and comfort when needed.
