Lives from the Archives: Miss Kim (Club RUB)

Club RUB was a fetish club started by Dominatrix Miss Kim, which ran every month from 1996 to 2017.
Its dress code focused on stylish fetish glamour with an emphasis on rubber-wear and there were regular themes including medical, pirates, and uniforms.
Club RUB and Miss Kim also hosted an Annual Rubber Awards, which featured categories such as Best Creative Rubber Outfit, Best Rubber Uniform, Best Rubber Couple, and Best Full Rubber.
The Club's Archive includes flyers for Club RUB events, press cutting of articles relating to the Club, and Miss Kim's "Tales from Club Rub" columns.

The UK Leather and Fetish Archive (UKLFA)
The UKLFA is dedicated to documenting and celebrating the history and heritage of the leather, rubber, kink, BDSM, and fetish community in the UK.
It started in 2016 with the deposit of the records of numerous gay/bi male UK leather clubs and has since expanded to hold the archives of organisations, clubs and individuals of all sexualities, gender identities, and kink persuasions. We also hold an extensive collection of books, pamphlets and magazines documenting UK fetish history from the early 1900s to the present day.
