Bishopsgate Institute’s special collections are housed on site, and the materials tell fascinating stories about London’s social and political history. We are proud to offer private and corporate clients the opportunity to discover these stories during their time with us.
Our add-on packages include staff-facilitated archive displays, workshops, and tours once distancing measures have eased.
We have introduced a number of measures to help keep everyone in the building safe. This extends to our private workshops and tours. While we offer the same unrivalled experiences, your visit may look slightly different. Please talk to us for more details.
Our expert staff can display eye-catching materials from our special collections for your event. We can curate items across a range of historical themes. They provide a fascinating introduction to the archives.
From a wizard’s costume to a tiny President Trump in a cage, our archive basement is home to thousands of items that document the history of protest and campaigning since the 19th century.
