A two-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, our Grade II* listed building is ideally located for examinations. We regularly host a number of education providers, including schools and colleges.

Seating options are flexible, and provide plenty of space for examiners, candidates, and invigilators.

We have five exam rooms. The Great Hall and The Upper Hall are the largest spaces, and they can be hired alongside The Courtyard Room, The Studio, and The Goss Room.

When you hire The Great Hall or The Upper Hall, we include access to The Green Room too. The Green Room is a breakout space and staff room.

All examination hires include:

Provision and set-up of exam furniture
Storage of scripts before and after examinations
Invigilator lounge with tea and coffee-making facilities
Clocks, PA system, and microphones
Access to free wifi.

We are able to support computer-based exams but don’t provide laptops.

Unfortunately, we do not hire our spaces for classes, public performances, or any activity in conflict with our programme. As we are a charity, our building cannot be used to host party political or religious events.
