Apocalypse London: The City in Dystopian Fiction

Notes: This immersive study day will explore science and dystopian fiction representations of London written between the 1890s and 1970s. Through the eyes of six authors, we will explore Londoners’ responses to invasions from space, ecological disasters, and political totalitarianism; events that turn the capital into a place of nightmare.
