12:00 to 14:30 Ballroom 

14:30 to 17:00 Latin 

The plan is to cycle through all the dances at least twice in each session, with finals in each session so if you want to practice both ballroom and Latin you can join the second half of the ballroom session and the first half of the Latin session if you don’t want to do all 5 hours!

You may book in advance or pay on the day. 

There are changing rooms and showers available on the lower ground floor level, free drinking water provided around the building and many cafes and shops nearby for snacks. You’re welcome to stay for as long or as little as you need to, and to go out for a break and return whenever you like within the session time.

If under 18s are attending, children must stay in the practice room and under the supervision of an adult at all times.
