Let's Dance! 2026
Why dance? From schools to care homes, villages to cities, dance helps us feel better, live longer, and connect with others.
Regular movement reduces health risks like Type 2 diabetes and dementia. And dance combats loneliness and fosters friendships across generations.
So, why not bring a friend and spend a Saturday with us learning something new?
Whether it’s Ballroom or Salsa, Lindy Hop or Latin American, we’ll put a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
One ticket, two spacious rooms, and 8 x 50-minute taster lessons in partnered and solo dances for complete beginners.
