Who is this course for?
This course is for those wishing to build on the basic principles of Pilates and challenge the body with more advanced exercises.
Do I need any skills or knowledge?
You should have previously completed Pilates - Level 1 or have equivalent experience and knowledge of the basics. As this is a fast-paced class, you should be free of injuries.

Meet the Tutor
Arina Djakova has been teaching Pilates classes and courses across London since 2012. But, Pilates came to Arina's life much earlier. Arina has a background in dance and sports. From her own experiences, she knows how much our bodies depend on strength of core muscles in everyday life and how important it is to train the core to prevent injury. Arina has a true passion for Pilates.
