This course is for those who have already completed a Level 1 course or are familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness meditations. You will go deeper in practice with less instruction and more space.
Andrew Burton has been teaching meditation since 2005. He teaches for the London Meditation Project as well as running courses in Hertfordshire. Since 1993 he has attended over 40 residential meditation retreats and studied under numerous teachers including Paramananda, author of 'Change Your Mind'. He is passionate about teaching meditation to beginners and how meditation can enhance the quality of people's lives.
