As you are already familiar with the basics, the meditation and mindfulness practices within the level 2 course are slightly longer and more spaciously led. We will continue to work on our potential in mindfulness and meditation. There will be room for questions and some discussion about real-life practical experiences, as well as advice on how to deal skillfully with challenges as they arise. Teaching will be responsive to the specific needs of the group as your journeys in mindfulness and meditation unfold.
Completion of Meditation and Mindfulness Level 1 or equivalent previous meditation experience. You should be familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) meditations.
Catherine Powell has over twenty years' experience of meditation and mindfulness practice and has participated in many meditation retreats, from Devon and Wales to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She is the director of the London Meditation Project. Catherine is also founder of the Peace of Mind Project, which offers meditation for military veterans.
