This course introduces meditation to newcomers. You will learn traditional meditations for relaxation, clarity of mind and the cultivation of positive emotion towards oneself and others.
Catherine Powell has over twenty years' experience of meditation and mindfulness practice and has participated in many meditation retreats, from Devon and Wales to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She is the director of the London Meditation Project. Catherine is also founder of the Peace of Mind Project, which offers meditation for military veterans.
