This course will take place in person.
If you feel a need to tune up your self-care skills and explore self-compassion, this day is for you. Catherine will introduce themes for discussion, including ways we can genuinely nurture ourselves.
Catherine will lead relaxation practices and short meditations and will guide you towards restorative calm and kind attention. Enriched by honest conversation, we will strengthen and sustain a commitment to taking care of ourselves as a group. Self-care and self-compassion can improve and uplift our health, mood, relationships, work, insightfulness, and even our vision for our lives.
Who is this course for?
This is a course for anyone who feels they would benefit from exploring focused self-care. The aim is for the day to be enjoyable and nourishing in itself, as well as an opportunity to learn new skills. All are welcome.
Do I need any previous skills or knowledge?
No previous meditation experience is needed, just bring yourself. You can sit however works best for you, on meditation cushions or a chair.
How we’re keeping you safe
