Continuing our explorations of the guitar, we are this week joined by classical guitarist Callum Coomber.
World-famous for our Library, every concert will also respond to themes suggested by our collections and will feature pop-up displays of original historical materials. You can expect anything from holiday getaways of the past to the lives of 1930s East End anti-fascists to be covered.
The concerts run for no more than 40 minutes, so you can bring your sandwiches along to enjoy while you listen to world-class performers - then be back at your desk before your lunch hour is up.
Meet the Artist
Callum Coomber is a classical guitarist studying at the Royal Northern College of Music with Craig Ogden and Tom McKinney. His passion for the instrument has created many opportunities, which include playing alongside Markus Stockhausen, managing the Manchester based events series VIRTUALLYREALITY and performing in his new music ensemble SHOAL.
