This walking tour will take place in person, starting at the main entrance of Bishopsgate Institute.
The communities that have settled have left their traces, and the walk will uncover these, revealing the development of Spitalfields and its surroundings from its first beginnings to the present. Drawing on a number of chroniclers of London, the walk will be a journey through some of the streets, architecture and history of this ever-changing part of London.
