These courses teach contemporary mindfulness practices and meditation, which are rooted in ancient tradition and remain relevant today. Learn practices to navigate the stresses of modern city life and develop a calm and attentive state of mind.

Level for All: These courses are suitable for both beginners and experienced students.

Level 1: This course introduces meditation to newcomers: you will learn traditional meditations for relaxation, clarity of mind and the cultivation of positive emotion towards oneself and others.

Level 2: This course is for those who have already completed a Level 1 course and/or are familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness meditations. You will go deeper in practice with less instruction and more space.
