Full-time (35 hours over 7 days, including evenings and weekends)

Bishopsgate Institute is looking for a Duty Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Duty Manager will join our Operations Team alongside other Duty Managers, working on a rota to provide operational management whenever the Bishopsgate Institute is open. Day-to-day, the role will include a range of tasks and responsibilities, including working closely with the events, front of house and facilities teams. There are additional opportunities to become involved in cross-team projects which have a wider impact on the future of the Institute, such as environmental stewardship projects.

The purpose of the role is to ensure a safe day-to-day operation of events and internal programmes at the Bishopsgate Institute. The Duty Manager fulfils a key management and communication function within the wider team and is a go-to person for information and support for all colleagues.
