Since the Peasants' Revolt of 1381 radical groups have been gathering in Clerkenwell. Join London Blue Badge and City of London guide Diane Burstein and explore the area's radical connections. You will find out about Clerkenwell’s Marxist connections and the Spa Fields Riots, as well as the May Day marchers, Fenian prisoners, Italian political refugees, and dissenters and protesters who have made this little known part of London their home.
