All tickets are available for collection from the box office from two weeks before the show.
All tickets are non-refundable, however tickets can be exchanged up to five working days before the event date. In some instances at the discretion of Bishopsgate Institute management, once all house tickets have been sold, a refund will be given provided we successfully re-sell your tickets. In all cases, the original tickets must be returned to the venue within the above time-frame. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
No photography or filming permitted in the Great Hall.
Readmissions / Latecomers
Please note there are strictly NO READMISSIONS during the performance.

Disabled visitors who require the assistance of a companion/personal assistant are eligible to obtain a free ticket for their assistant.
The performance takes place in the Great Hall which is fully accessible.
There are limited parking bays for Blue Badge holders outside the Institute on Brushfield Street.
Accessible toilets are available on each floor of our main building.
We are pleased to offer reduced rates on seats within the Standard and Rear ticket zones for the following groups:
- Unwaged – Jobseeker’s Allowance recipients
- Disabled – Personal Independence Payments recipients
