Come to the Institute Tuesday 19th September to try out the range of our Body & Exercise courses. Taster classes for meditation, yoga and SwingTrain will be running in three different slots throughout the day: early morning, lunchtime and after work.

Bishopsgate Institute runs a learning programme for adults comprising courses, workshops, masterclasses and other classes. These usually take place at lunchtime and in the evening on weekdays, and during the day at weekends. Looking ahead to the Spring Term, we are hoping to expand our existing offer and are looking for expressions of interest from tutors

To celebrate LGBT50 this July, Bishopsgate Institute has programmed new Archive Tours of our extensive LGBTQ Collections, a talk by Matt Cook about 'queer London' plus a new panel display highlighting our LGBTQ collections and materials.

Bishopsgate Institute are excited to open its doors for Open House London 2017, the city-wide festival of architecture and design. This is a unique opportunity to come and explore our beautifully restored and historic Grade II* listed building.

In July, over 400 people passed through our doors each week and 715 items were brought out of the archives for researchers to get hands-on in pursuit of answers and added insight into their individual projects.
