1980s badges (Lesbian and Gay Newsmedia Archive, Bishopsgate Institute Archive)
This event is now sold out. Please contact the Box Office for further information and returns on 020 7392 9200.

Bishopsgate Institute has been offering free public access to its library since 1895. Our evening tours of the refurbished Grade II* listed Library provide an opportunity to find out more about its unique and fascinating history.

This tour will look at the variety of collections held in Bishopsgate Library relating to LGBT history, politics and culture. These include the Lesbian and Gay Newsmedia Archive (LAGNA), archive collections of organisations such as Stonewall and Outrage, material relating to the Terrence Higgins Trust, Achilles Heel magazine and QX magazine.

The tour will be led by Stefan Dickers, Bishopsgate Institute's Library and Archives Manager.
