MindFlow is an uplifting and energising form of traditional Hatha Yoga which concentrates essentially on freeing the mind via the body. Combining the intelligent sequencing of Vinyasa Krama and some stillness elements of Yin Yoga, it is deeply rooted in Mindfulness ideology. We will practise flowing Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breath and energy control) as well as learn some Relaxation techniques.
We will also integrate elements of Meditation and Mindfulness much needed in our fast spinning world. Our course progression will leads us towards improving our focus, our flexibility, our stamina and our resilience, both in mind and body. All this with plenty of good humour and an open heart.
Suitable for all: This course is suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of Yoga. Please note this is a moving/flowing practice which involves kneeling, putting some pressure on wrists and getting on and off the floor fairly swiftly.
