MindFlow is an uplifting and energising form of traditional Hatha Yoga which concentrates essentially on freeing the mind via the body. Combining the intelligent sequencing of Vinyasa Krama and some stillness elements of Yin Yoga, it is deeply rooted in Mindfulness ideology. We will practise flowing Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breath and energy control) as well as learn some Relaxation techniques.
We will also integrate elements of Meditation and Mindfulness much needed in our fast spinning world. Our course progression will leads us towards improving our focus, our flexibility, our stamina and our resilience, both in mind and body.
All this with plenty of good humour and an open heart.
Intermediate: This is for experienced students with a strong practice and/or those who will have completed the All Levels course at least once and been advised to progress.
