Pilates can positively change your body by teaching you to be in control of how you move and improving your core stability, alignment, coordination, flexibility and muscle tone. Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and those new to exercise.
Level for All – These courses are suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
Level 1: Beginners – These courses are suitable for beginners and those relatively new to Pilates.
Level 2: Intermediate – Intermediate and advanced exercises to develop a more toned and flexible body.
