Cultural Events Booking Information
Online via this website. Students and over 60’s booking online are required to present ID at the beginning of the course or event. For all other concessions, please enrol in person or by post providing evidence of the necessary documentation.

Book at the Box Office, 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Concessions are available to disabled visitors, over 60s, full-time students of UK Institutions, Bishopsgate Institute students and the unwaged.
Please note that for some events, namely dance events, there will be a separate on the door ticket price. At these events the standard and concessionary rate tickets will go off sale one hour before the event start time and a new on the door ticket price will be implemented.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable, however tickets can be exchanged up to five working days before the event date. In some instances at the discretion of Bishopsgate Institute management, once all house tickets have been sold, a refund will be given provided we successfully re-sell your tickets. In all cases, the original tickets must be returned to the venue within the above time-frame. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
Ticket Collection / Delivery
Tickets purchased online and by telephone will be sent out by second class post, or if within 7 days of the event, held care of the Box Office. These tickets can be collected on presentation of the Debit/Credit Card used to make your booking and your booking reference number and/or confirmation email. Duplicate tickets will not be sent out in the post again if original tickets have been lost or stolen. Reprints will only be given in person at the Box Office.
A postage fee of £1 applies for sending out tickets booked online or over the telephone.
Our events take place in the Great Hall or Bishopsgate Library which are both fully accessible.
There are limited parking bays for Blue Badge holders outside the Institute.
A mobile induction loop system is available.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
Disabled visitors who require the assistance of a companion/personal assistant are eligible to obtain a free ticket for their assistant.
