How to enrol for courses
Enrolments can be made online, by post, fax and in person. Unfortunately, we
are unable to accept telephone enrolments.
Demand for courses can be high and places fill up quickly. We advise you to enrol
early in order to avoid disappointment.
If we receive your enrolment form but your chosen course is fully subscribed or
cancelled we will contact you. You can enrol on an alternative course or, if the
course is full, join the course waiting list in case a place becomes available
or a new course is added.
Enrolment online
To complete an online application form simply search the courses available. You can then add courses to your shopping cart from the course details page
(reached by clicking on the title or the code of the course). You will need to
register with our site to complete your enrolment form.
A separate online enrolment form needs to be completed for each person who wants
to enrol. You are unable to request two places on one individual course.
Please note that submitting your online application form does not guarantee you
a place on your course. We will check availability and respond to your request
within two working days. Your payment will only be processed once we have confirmed
that you have a place on the course of your choice.
We regret that enrolment at concessionary rates can only be made online by Senior Citizens who have already submitted their concessionary ID. For all other concessions, please enrol at Reception or by post with the necessary documents.

Enrolment in person
You can enrol at reception between 9.00am - 8.30pm from Monday to Friday. Enrolment
forms are available at reception but for speed we recommend that you download
and complete a form in advance. We are located in the heart of the City of London,
close to the vibrant areas of Spitalfields and Shoreditch. See the How to find us page for directions.
Enrolment by post
Return completed enrolment forms to Bishopsgate Institute, 230 Bishopsgate, London
EC2M 4QH. Remember to fill in your credit/debit card details or include payment
by cheque or postal order.
Enrolment by fax
Fax completed enrolment forms to 020 7392 9250, including your credit/debit card
details. If you do not receive confirmation from us then please call to check
we have received your fax.
Methods of payment
Confirmation
We will confirm your enrolment in writing within ten working days of receiving
your form and payment. If you have not heard from us in the expected time then
please contact us to check that we have received your form. Remember to give us your full postal
address when you fill out your enrolment form.
Availability
Places on courses are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We are unable
to allocate you a place until we have received your enrolment form and full payment.
Course availability information on the Courses available pages is updated once
a day.
Course fees
All course fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment. We are unable to
offer pro-rata rates for partial attendance of courses. We accept enrolments up
to the third class of each course, except where indicated that it is essential
for students to attend from the first class.
