ADMINISTRATIVE/BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY: Elizabeth Huxtable was born in December 1756 in Devon and married John Huxtable (1760-1838) in South Molton, Devon, in November 1784. John Huxtable acquired Narracott, a farm in George Nympton parish, in 1806 and the family moved into the property in 1811. The couple had eight children, six sons and two daughters. Elizabeth Huxtable died in South Molton in July 1851, aged 94.
