All tickets are available for collection from the box office.
All tickets are non-refundable, however tickets can be exchanged up to five working days before the event date. In some instances at the discretion of Bishopsgate Institute management, once all house tickets have been sold, a refund will be given provided we successfully re-sell your tickets. In all cases, the original tickets must be returned to the venue within the above time-frame. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
Readmissions / Late Comers
Please note there are strictly NO READMISSIONS during the performance.
No photography or filming permitted in the Great Hall.
For the safety of our performers and security of your belongings, audience members seated in the cabaret area and select tiered seats are not permitted to bring bags, coats, umbrellas etc into the Great Hall. Please place belongings in the cloakroom provided. Please see seating plan for more details.
The non-traditional staging of this show means that we prefer to book accessible and ambulant seating with you directly for your comfort and safety. Please call 020 7392 9200 to book.
Disabled visitors who require the assistance of a companion/personal assistant are eligible to obtain a free ticket for their assistant.
The performance takes place in the Great Hall which is fully accessible.
There are limited parking bays for Blue Badge holders outside the Institute on Brushfield Street.
Accessible toilets are available on each floor of our main building.
West Side Story contains violence and adult themes and there will be a very loud gunshot. Please use your judgment when deciding whether to bring any young person or child under 18 to a performance. Any under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
